Wide gate silicon carbide rod is a special type of silicon carbide rod, characterized by widening the distance between U-shaped silicon carbide rods to over 300mm. It usually consists of two vertical cold ends and one transverse hot end. This design makes it more convenient to use wide door silicon carbide rods in situations where the sides are narrow, wiring is not possible, or special workpieces are sintered.
