G Type SiC Heating Elements
The silicon carbon rod is a rod-shaped or tubular non-metallic high-temperature electric heating element. It is made from high-purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material. After being processed into blanks according to a specific material ratio and sintered through high-temperature silicification and recrystallization at 2200 °C. In an oxidizing atmosphere, its normal operating temperature can reach 1450 °C, and continuous use can last up to 2000 hours. Due to its extremely high operating temperature, the silicon carbon rod exhibits characteristics such as high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid temperature rise, long service life, minimal high-temperature deformation, easy installation and maintenance, and excellent chemical stability. When paired with an automated electronic control system, it can achieve precise constant temperature and automatically adjust temperature according to the curve required by the production process. Heating with silicon carbide rods is not only convenient but also safe and reliable.
