G Type SiC Heating Elements

The silicon carbon rod is a rod-shaped or tubular non-metallic high-temperature electric heating part. It is manufactured from high-purity green hexagonal silicon carbide as the main raw material. After being processed into blanks according to a specific material ratio and sintered by high-temperature silicification and recrystallization at 2200 °C. In an oxidizing atmosphere, its normal operating temperature can reach 1450 °C, and continuous use can last up to 2000 hours. Due to its high operating temperature, the silicon carbon rod shows characteristics of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid temperature rise, long service life, small high-temperature deformation, easy installation and maintenance, and stable chemical characteristics. Paired with an automated electronic control system, it can achieve precise constant temperature and adjust temperature automatically according to the curve required by the production process.
